At ANHUL, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
